Universe Legends Wave 02: Megatron (G2) appears to be a new sculpt, depicting Megatron in his Earth-made tank mode complete with shoulder-mounted railgun. The bulky tank chassis is dark green with purple camouflage-style patterns. Unlike the original full-sized Gen 2 Megatron, the Universe Legends version appears to feature hip articulation. The heavily battered Megatron acquired this form after offering to provide Cobra Commander with Cybertronian technology in exchange for a reformatted tank mode configured to incorporate the railgun designed by the well-turned Doctor Biggles-Jones. The railgun drastically heightened Megatron’s power.
