One of the cooler examples of a Decepticon, Barricade is a Saleen S281, but if you look closely at the side panels “to protect and serve” is replaced by the phrase “to punish and enslave.” Barricade’s robot mode is vaguely apelike, the head rising through the bisected hood and the side panels serving as the arms. Barricade’s head sculpt is one of the crueler and more organic-looking of the assortment. Additionally, Barricade’s front grill/chest plate, ejects like a cuckoo clock to reveal the small, articulated figure of the robot Frenzy.
Barricade’s tech specs are as follows: Strength 8, Intelligence 5, Speed 8, Endurance 6, Rank 5, Courage 5, Fireblast 5, Skill 4. Steeped in lies and violated trust and taking equal pleasure in the destruction of Autobots and human prey, Barricade is best served by the misnomer of his police car mode. Perhaps due to linked idealisms, Barricade is less resistant than some of his fellow Decepticons to the temporary leadership of Starscream. Frenzy is a spindly, mildly vicious little weasel with a radio altmode and a penchant for attacking his adversaries from behind.
