The Bowen Designs Sculpt 12” Death Statue features an interchangeable head to provide her with her alternate skeletal countenance. Death’s chosen form is that of an opulent woman adorned by a fluid black hooded cloak and a diaphanous purple robe. Her lambent eyes are mesmerizing portals into the Realm of Death. Occupying a cosmic pantheon alongside Galactus and Eternity, the antagonistic force of Death is personified in the form of a robed woman or a reaper-like robed skeleton in order to interface with lesser beings. Death’s fickle female aspect frequently serves as the muse of the Mad Titan Thanos, prompting him towards improbable feats of unthinkable cataclysmic destruction, pretending to be Thanos’ cheerleader/girlfriend until Thanos is inevitably overwhelmed by various combined forces. In her inaccessible titular realm, Death retains access to the knowledge of the universe in the form of the Infinity Well.
