Each retro 1970s-style figure stands 8" tall in shades of black and white, and features episode-specific fabric clothing, in addition to multiple points of articulation. In the episode “The Fear”, two protagonists, Highway Patrol Trooper Robert Franklin and socialite Charlotte Scott, are barricaded inside a remote cabin and stalked by an alien, which is gigantic enough to shove cars aside and leave gigantic crater-like footprints. Ultimately they are confronted by the alien, a 500-foot Martian in an astronaut suit, with no facial features other than a single unblinking eye. Franklin and Charlotte resolve to make their last stand. But the alien cyclops is revealed to be a gigantic deflating balloon that’s part of an elaborate hoax created by tiny thumb-sized would-be space invaders.
In the episode “The Lonely”, inmate Corry is condemned to reside on asteroid for 50 years. However, the sympathetic Captain Allenby, who drops supplies to Corry every three months, delivers a female robot named Alicia to decrease Corry’s crushing loneliness. Corry initially views the robot as a mawkish reminder of his loneliness, but eventually he perceives her as a human companion, falling in love with her. Later, Allenby returns, reporting that Corry has been pardoned, however there is only a 20 minute window for him to evacuate the asteroid; Corry then learns that there is insufficient luggage space to accommodate Alicia.
