The LEGO Blue Senate Commando is clad in a Centurion-like helmet and elaborate blue armor. Unhindered by heavy robes and elaborate headdresses, Senate Commandoes are outfitted with armor similar to Phase I Clone Trooper armor, which provides them with limited resistance to blaster fire. An elite division of the Senate Guard, Blue Senate Commandoes serve as the Republic’s security force, bodyguarding high-ranking officials such as Chancellor Palpatine, and are also assigned to carry out specialized field missions.
