Marvel Universe 3.75” figures are comparable to their larger Marvel Legends counterparts in terms of aesthetic and articulation. Steve Rogers is clad in blue armor with a white star insignia, and is equipped with a pistol and rifle. Deemed unfit for service during WWII, Steve Rogers was recruited into the experimental Super Soldier Serum program, which turned him into Captain America. Following a period of suspended animation, he was reintroduced to the world as a modern day superhero. During the Heroic Age storyline Steve Rogers was appointed to replace the deranged Norman Osborn as the United States’ head of security. Following the dissolution of the Superhuman Registration Act, Rogers reactivated the Avengers, and served as the leader of the Secret Avengers.
