Signal Flare is a repaint of Energon Signal Flare; he’s done in a kind of puke-green camo with his energon weapons and chest-mounted chip painted opaque grey. Signal Flare is fairly well articulated, and equipped with a MASER appendage nearly the size of his entire body. Signal Flare’s vehicle mode, unsurprisingly, is a MASER tank vehicle.
Unlike the comparatively aggressive Arcee, Signal Flare prefers oblique measures to a straightforward skirmish. Signal Flare had decided to secretly augment the Earth defenses, strengthening manmade equipment against Decepticon technology, and to watch for the Decepticons’ arrival on Earth. Signal Flare has apparently decided to ensconce himself at the location of the Wash and Roll car wash.
