The Kabe & Muftak Mini Bust Two-Pack are hand-painted polystone sculptures packaged in 2-pack box format with matching edition numbers and a certificate of authenticity.
Kabe (5” tall): A female Chandra-Fan, Kabe was a fairly permanent fixture in the Mos Eisley Cantina, where excessive consumption of Kabe’s favored beverage, juri juice, would often necessitate that Kabe’s adoptive father, Muftak, literally carry her from the cantina. Both Kabe and Muftak derived their income primarily from thievery, to which their fellow cantina patrons often fell victim, although the restless forward-looking Kabe frequently attempted to talk the more pragmatic Muftak into the plundering of Jabba the Hutt’s townhouse. Eventually Muftak agreed to the plan, which required the assistance of the Hutt’s droid, K-8LR, and resulted in Kabe and Muftak’s inadvertent discovery of a captured Rebel operative.
Muftak (7” tall): A male Talz, Muftak frequented the cantina in the constant company of his adopted daughter. Having been orphaned himself, Muftak had spent the majority of his formative years in the cantina’s vicinity performing various odd jobs. All the while, he failed to encounter any life form similar to himself, leaving him perplexed as to his racial identity. During their burglary of the townhouse of Jabba the Hutt, Muftak and Kabe freed the Rebel, Barid Mesoriaam, and were forced to depart from Tatooine almost immediately afterwards.
