We regret to inform you that the BigBadToyStore Distribution program will be discontinued. After several years of operation and in depth analysis, we have determined that the program is not meeting our required financial milestones. The BigBadToyStore retail operation will continue as normal. We know some of you rely on us as an important supplier, so we are going to slowly wind down operation as outlined below.
We will continue to accept orders for new preorder and in stock products through March 15, 2013. You will continue to get the daily distribution newsletter during this time. After March 15, no new preorder or in stock orders will be accepted and the daily distribution newsletter will stop. Any preorders placed on or before March 15 will be honored and fulfilled when the product arrives. We will continue to answer emails until all preordered product has been shipped. Once that occurs, the Distribution program will formally end.
We hope this will provide enough time for you to find alternative suppliers. You may of course continue to purchase product from us through our retail website at retail prices. Unfortunately, no discounts can be given.
