A Diamond Select Release! Sculpted by Jean St. Jean! DST continues their hit Universal Monsters line with a classic Lon Chaney character! The Hunchback of Notre Dame, from the 1923 film of the same name, is sculpted in a 7-inch scale, is fully articulated and features Lon Chaney's authorized likeness. This Select edition of the figure includes Quasimodo's exclusive King of Fools crown and robes, as well as an exclusive gargoyle display base, and is only available on the specialty market! Comes in display-ready collector packaging, with side panel.

Misshapen, deaf, and partially blinded, Quasimodo is the Hunchback of Notre Dame, erroneously perceived as a demon-spawned monster throughout Paris. The bell-ringer of the cathedral where he resides, Quasimodo is coerced by his master, Jehan Drollo, to kidnap the seductive Gypsy girl Esmerelda, however Esmerelda is rescued by Captain Phoebus, and Quasimodo is solely blamed for the botched abduction. Shackled and lashed in the public square, Quasimodo is moved by the compassion of Esmerelda when the gypsy girl brings water to him. Later, when Jehan murders Phoebus and frames Esmerelda for the crime, Quasimodo rescues her from the gallows and protects her from within the cathedral.
